PowerGrid

The PowerGrid is Revolutionary. When you think of a typical ‘Payroll Grid’ the first thing that comes to mind is certainly not flexibility.  In terms of Payroll Software evolution, the PowerGrid is to payroll data entry, what keychain flash drives are to the floppy disk.

The PowerGrid is fully customizable, and unlimited by its very nature.  It is a batch processing manager with drag-drop features for data grouping, and can be utilized to assign data entry to various employees with complete control over what level of data the employee has access to, with multi-grid imports for a single payroll.  For example, each department head could submit their own portion of the data independent from the others.

It also functions as a robust import utility with error checking, and can be utilized with any number of Time & Attendance solutions.  The answer to the client question, “can you import from Brand-X time clock?” will always be, “Of course we can!”

Enhanced access to all stored PDF files including, but not limited to:  Archived payrolls, Paperless payrolls, Paperless Period End Processing - no need to re-calculate, simple access to the files you have already generated.
